Rules and Regulations of JKA

 

    1. Rules and Regulations Regarding Qualification Licenses and Dan Grades

        No JKA-approved individual or organization may join, participate in activities of,

        or invite instructors from, any organization other than WKF. Any who violate this rule shall

        immediately lose their JKA membership status.

 

    2. No JKA-approved individual or organization may acquire or hold a qualification license or

        Dan grade from any organization other than WKF. Any who violate this rule shall

        immediately have any qualification license or Dan grade they acquired from JKA

        rendered null and void.

 

    3. Examination of 4th Dan and above shall be conducted only at JKA HQ or at an equivalent

        examination presided over by JKA HQ.

 

    4. Judge, instructor and examiner qualifications of any JKA-approved individual or

        organization must be registered with and approved by JKA HQ.

 

    5. If any JKA-approved individual or organization chooses to leave JKA for any organization

        other than WKF they will immediately lose their JKA qualification license and Dan grade

        along with all their privileges.

 

        If any former JKA-approved individual or organization who chose to leave JKA for any

        organization other than WKF desired to return to JKA they must re-apply for individual or

        organizational membership and be approved by JKA HQ. If approved, their former JKA

        qualification license and Dan grade together with their various privileges will be recognized

        only after a period of observation.

    We, the JKA-WF Kuwait branch hold the Chairman certificate and

    have exclusive representation rights for JKA- Japan in Kuwait.

    We are also exclusively the official EXAMINERS for JKA- Kuwait.

    There have been reports that a few non-JKA instructors are introducing

    themselves as JKA examiners and representatives in Kuwait and we

    therefore legally announce the following:

    Any attempt to communicate with JKA Head Quarters without our knowledge

    and approval or any attempt to introduce yourself as JKA instructor or examiner

    or referee (without our approval) shall be legally dealt with.

    In consequence, a court case will be carried against them in the Kuwait courts with no hesitation.

    The qualified instructors, examiners and representatives for JKA in Kuwait

    Are those the one mentioned in “Instructors” Page as "Examiners" ONLY.
